What is CBD Oil?

CBD is vouched as a safe and effective therapeutic compound that can help the body in several ways. It is known to interact with the body at the molecular level and help it perform its critical physiological functions effectively. 

CBD is usually sourced from industrial hemp. It is a variant of Cannabis that contains less than 0.3% THC. Recent research has shown that Cannabis is composed of numerous healthy cannabinoids which help the body in several ways.

3ml of 5mg CBD oil
1 small clove garlic
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest, optional
1/2 teaspoon sea salt, more to taste
1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
2 to 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil or lemon-infused olive oil
3 ounces salad greens

Instructions

Mix all ingredients except the salad greens in a small bowl. No, take a large bowl and add salad greens to it. Pour in the salad greens and the CBD seasoning. Mix well and enjoy. 

 CBD Guacamole

Fresh guacamole is a perfect dip for your favorite tortilla chips. CBD and avocados are a great combination, and you will only agree if you try it once. 

Ingredients:

2 fresh avocados
1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice
1 diced tomato
1 small finely chopped onion
1 minced garlic clove 
Salt and pepper to taste
CBD oil ( any desired strength)

Instructions

Cut the avocados and take out the flesh. Now take a medium-sized bowl and add CBD oil, lime juice, minced garlic, and avocado flesh. Mix and mash until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Now add diced tomato, onion, salt, and pepper to the mixture.

Grab a pack of tortillas and enjoy the delicious snack.

CBD-Infused Strawberry Banana Smoothie

 

Strawberry banana is a perfectly healthy snack liked by everyone. It has all the essential nutrients required for a healthy start to the day. Adding CBD to it can add to its benefits and improve your overall health as well.

Ingredients:

1 banana
4-7 strawberries
1 cup of almond milk or any milk of choice
1 teaspoon of organic honey
One 1 mL of CBD oil 

Instructions

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

A chocolate latte is an excellent alternative for coffee. It keeps you stimulated throughout the day. Adding CBD to this warm treat makes it even better. 

Ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened milk of your choice
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of Himalayan salt
Your favorite flavorings like mint, cinnamon, cayenne, or lavender
1ml of your favorite CBD oil of any strength

Instructions:

Take all ingredients and add them to a small bowl. Simmer the mixture over medium heat while whisking vigorously. Now remove it from heat and add CBD oil. Please give it a stir, and it's ready.
